One of Toledo’s favorite holiday traditions is attending the Lights Before Christmas at the Toledo Zoo. It’s currently in its 33rd year and some of light displays are as nostalgic to Toledoans as the event itself. Some of our favorite and oldest light displays are the animal ornaments that welcome you into the zoo! Get festive and wear them all season long!

Returns
Due to multiple parties, including the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to effectively manage inventory. The levels of stock can change at any given time. It is possible that you will not receive your purchase after it has been placed.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If you have passed 30 days in the past since you purchased, unfortunately we can't offer an exchange or refund.
You can only return an item in the event that it is not used and in the same state as the day you received it. It should also be returned in the original packaging.
